If you cancel your appointment within in less than 48 hours or you have missed your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked service.
All colour services require a skin allergy test at least 48 hours prior to appointment. **
We do not provide chemical services below the age of 16. **
For new clients who are booking a colour or a keratin smoothing treatment, we require a deposit of 50% to secure your appointment.
