Please note that we require 36 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

If you cancel your appointmentin less than 36 hours or you have missed your appoinmtment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked service.

All colour services require a skin allergy test at least 48 hours prior to appointment.  **

We do not provide chemical services below the age of 16. **

For new clients who are booking a colour or a keratin smoothing treatment, we require a deposit of 50% to secure your appointment.
